These terms govern your use of Futari, a wedding planning app for couples. By using Futari, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Futari helps couples plan their wedding together. You can create tasks, track budgets, manage guest lists, save vendor contacts, build a day-of timeline, and keep a shared photo album of your planning journey. Data syncs between linked partners in real time.
You need an account to use Futari. You can sign in with Apple or with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One account per person.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our servers.
Futari allows you to link with one partner per wedding. When linked, both partners share full access to the same wedding data. You are responsible for linking only with someone you trust. We cannot mediate disputes between partners over shared data.
Futari offers a free tier with limited features and a premium tier with full access.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple and managed via your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Prices may change. We will notify you of any price increases before they take effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You own everything you put into Futari: names, notes, photos, budgets, guest lists, and all other content. We do not claim any ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited licence to store, sync, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and your linked partner. This licence ends when you delete your account.
Use Futari for its intended purpose: planning your wedding. Do not use the service to store or distribute illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service's operation.
We aim to keep Futari available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
Futari is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Futari in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information in the app (budgets, timelines, vendor details). Always verify important details independently.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using Futari, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
You can stop using Futari at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
